TMX was established by brothers Gus, Alex, and Souhail Toubia who are uniquely qualified to offer superior service. Gus, a mechanical engineer with a degree from UCLA, worked as a manufacturing engineer for many years. Alex was a systems analyst whose assignments included the San Onofre Nuclear Generation Station. Souhail, a Medical Doctor. Along with other key team members, TMX brings more than 95 years of machining experience to all their projects, large and small. TMX's quality control system meets or exceeds MIL-I-45208A. TMX's staff is trained not only to meet the quality required but also to go above and beyond specifications when it comes to finish and appearance.  Throughout the job's progress, all work is evaluated by the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) assuring customers of unparalleled quality, whether the work is part of a sophisticated aerospace system or a hardworking piece of medical equipment. If it is made by TMX, it is made to serve and last.  TMX's latest technology - including its 4th axis machine which reduces the number of required operations -- reduces cost, improves quality and expedites production. TMX's service and equipment are committed to the customer's requirements.  When establishing deadlines, TMX honors the customer's schedule, assigning night and weekend crews if necessary. It is the Just-in-Time (JIT) philosophy of doing business and it is one big reason for TMX's considerable repeat business.
