PMC was founded in Holtville, California in 1998 as an open-shop general contractor. The company started as a maintenance contractor for local geothermal companies throughout the Imperial Valley. Today our business has grown to include cross-country piping, pressure vessel repair, new pressure vessel construction, and new plant construction as the general contractor. Our work is primarily in the Geothermal Industry and related renewable energy fields.  PMC self-performs structural steel, mechanical, process piping, and holds U, R and S Code stamps from ASME and NBIB. PMC subcontracts out civil and electrical work and has comprehensive subcontractor risk management systems to ensure the highest level of performance. PMC’s trusted and valued relationships with its subcontractors and suppliers position it to deliver successful projects.  PMC understands what it takes to be successful in industrial construction. PMC has the unique distinction of never being assed liquidated damages for late delivery, nor had any litigation with current clients.
