HPP provided recycled materials for the Superfund site San Jacinto river cap.  This engineered cap provides a temporary solution to try and prevent dioxins from paper mill sludge that are leaching into the San Jacinto river. Consisting of three layers, with the third being recycled concrete, the cap minimizes the potential for future dioxin exposure. From humble beginnings, HPP has grown to service all areas from Southwest Louisiana to Port Lavaca, Texas.
