Advantage Manufacturing

Originally the manufacturing division of J. A. Flesher Corporation (founded in 1975), the world leader in hot foil personalization machines, Advantage Manufacturing was created by our founder Jerry Flesher in 1993 to address the need for high-quality, quick-turn, precision metal products which he was unable to procure through local sources. In 2005, Advantage was spun off as a stand-alone company, and due to the excellence in manufacturing we provide, the company has never stopped growing. In 2010, Laddie Blaskowski, CFO and Patrick Scott, President (both with the company since 1994) joined Jerry as partners. With our industry-leading team of owners and employees, Advantage has grown from 26 employees and a 30,000 square foot facility in 2010 to over 100 employees and 70,000 square feet of space designed for maximum efficiency and customer support.
