True North Molds is a leader in the design and manufacture of molds for the Automotive TPE and Rubber Sealing Systems market. Starting in the 1970’s True North Molds has developed its skill and expertise in this niche market concentrating on sealing system molds . TPE is now a significant part of our business with many projects in North America and Europe.

We design and build molds from small Butt Splices right up to the large Glass Encapsulation molds. Innovation and new technology keep us at the forefront of this demanding industry. We also design and build extrusion cutting units and stretch benders. We have been involved in programs for all the Major car companies including General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Isuzu, Bentley, Skoda, Subaru, Seat and Smart.

True North Molds also manufacturers plastic injection molds up to 750 ton press size for the automotive and consumer markets. TNM has vast experience with Interior, Exterior, Under-hood, Safety System and Seating components and can design and manufacture prototype, single and multi-cavity pre-hardened and hardened molds for horizontal presses and shuttle (over)molds for vertical presses.
