TRUFORM MANUFACTURING, LLC

The Sisler Manufacturing Group Holding Company, LP (SMG) was formed by Jon and Brett Sisler in 2012 as part of the Sisler Family re-organization. The purpose of the Holding Company formation was to support the acquisition of Truform Manufacturing and the subsequent business consolidation of American Hinge Technologies, LLC and Fuentes de Manufactura de Mexico, S. de R.L. The acquisition of Truform Manufacturing was strategic in nature and provided SMG with not only an Industry diversification, but also with extensive metal stamping and metal processing capabilities in order to execute the vertical integration strategy for Appliance Hinges in the USA. The following timeline identifies the major milestones and accomplishments of SMG since its 2012 inception.
