RK Industries was founded in 1983 by Barry and Ann Woodyard and began in a 2000 square foot building behind their house with spot welders, mig welders and a small crew of employees.

Since then, over 25 years and counting, we have grown to approximately 100 employees and into a 45000 square foot facility in Ottawa, Ohio. We are an automotive production stamping, robotic mig welding and spot welding company. We manufacture automotive parts for companies such as Honda, Tenneco, Trelleborg, Miltary Tags, Navistar International Trucks, Ford, Nissan and Mazda.
