Actively involved in the day-to-day running of the EAS business, advising clients and providing value-added solutions, founders Harm Nijzink, Hero Marggrander and Cliff Drake were also responsible for the development of key processes and inventions that help companies implement time- and cost saving mold and die change solutions. Innovative products involving single-minute exchange of die (SMED) applications on a worldwide scale.

In the fall of 2015, the EAS ‘founding fathers’, after years of working together with the new generation, decided to hand over their corporate responsibilities.
