In 2010, Shift Recycling was founded by Gary Diamond, who wanted to create a better solution for OEMs, businesses, municipalities and citizens to conveniently recycle their electronics. Leaving his career as a corporate lawyer, Gary started Shift as a one-man operation collecting electronics with a rented truck.  Today, the Shift Group of Companies operate out of a 130,000-square foot, state-of-the-art processing facility in Toronto, Ontario. Co-located with ITAD service provider Revolution, we offer a complete solution for IT disposition across Canada and into the United States.
