Mitchs Automotive & Towing

Mitch's Automotive, Towing & Salvage is owned and operated by Mitch Buice and is a continuation of a familybusiness which was started by his father, Ed Buice, in 1961. Ed started the business with literally 43 cents in his pocket. Through dedication and hard work, Ed's business grew to become automotive, towing and salvage. Mitch started as an employee in 1971, where he was supervised and trained by his father. Mitch went into business for himself in 1984 and purchased his father's business at 334 Yatesville Road in 1994. Mitch now has nine employees and enjoys serving the people of Lamar County and the surrounding area. Mitch is also a big supporter of the local school system. He was named Business Person of the Year in 2001. Mitch is a member of Pine View Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon.
