ELPA was founded in 1979 by Kurt and Albert Hungerbuehler. Throughout the years ELPA's size, capabilities and good reputation have grown. In 2004 the next generation took over when Carl Hungerbuehler became owner and president.  Continuous investment in technology, training and people keep ELPA on top of ever changing customer demands for service and quality.
