In 1993, Wallace Cogbill, Jr. founded Wallace Enterprises in Vidor, Texas, and offered metal fabrication and general construction services to local markets. By 1999, the company had evolved into Cogbill Construction LLC, adding a full range of quality industrial services to the entire Gulf Coast region.  A family-owned business, Cogbill Construction recognizes that customer loyalty is built through quality service and competitive prices.
