A2 Fabrication was started in 1996 by owner Gale Schmidt. The company was then called Access Ability, Inc., and was dedicated to the manufacture and sales of wheelchair access ramps. In a few years Gale sought to grow the company and expand the products and services.Soon Gale found a need for quality commercial railings, for balconies, pedestrian areas, parks, stairs and commuter stations. It was always fun to get a request for something unusual to see how it could be made.
