After working 10 years as a certified welder, Alan Hadley created his own company. In 1988 he opened the doors of Hadley's Fab-Weld Inc. Since then the company has grown to eight employees and is housed in a 5,000-square foot facility located in Marion, NY. We are a job shop. We do custom to production runs, from a one-piece job, to thousands. Hadley's Fab-Weld Inc. is staffed with highly skilled workers committed to high quality products delivered on time with the right price for our customers.
