We offer high quality repair of all brands types of industrial & medical gas regulators; gas welding & cutting equipment. Trained repairmen that offer fast, reliable service to customer’s equipment.
All pieces are glass beaded, buffed, thoroughly degreased & decarbonized before reassembly.Inspection & reassembly of equipment includes careful reaming of all torch heads, replacement of rubber & plastic parts, new seals, repair of broken solder joints, gauge repair, calibration & all other procedures necessary to return the equipment to as new condition.
After assembly, torches & attachments are tested under water for leaks, then flame tested for welding and cutting performance. All regulators are manifold tested for blow-by, creeping, & sensitivity.
