Newly started steel erection company. Owner, Tom Sherred has 35 years of experience in all phases of union Ironworkers steel erection and miscellaneous steel installation. Tom has estimated and project managed major projects in the Pittsburgh area such as Rivers casino, Children’s Hospital, PNC Tower and numerous bridge projects. Over & Under Steel and Rigging’s motto is OVER expectations and UNDER budget. This attitude is pasted on to all employees with no exceptions. We employ our work force out of Union Ironworkers locals 3 (Pittsburgh, PA), 207 (Youngtown, OH) and 549 (Wheeling, WV).  Over & Under Steel and Rigging top priority is safety on all projects and often goes beyond the requirements of our general contractors and OSHA. We do not consider any project a success unless every employee goes home safely every day.
