Flexibility

• Cores less than 1 oz up to 100 lbs in shell, hot box and cold processes.
• Quantities – large or small

Quality

• Green Diamond Sand – noted for excellent dimensional and detail accuracy – is used for sand molding
• The finest core sands and binders are used for core production
• Grain modification of alloys to improve physical and mechanical properties for better machining, strength and pressure tightness of aluminum castings
• Quality Control that emphasizes proactive problem solving and a strict control of production processes and material

• We offer assistance in all areas of aluminum sand casting design, tooling, and production
• We maintain an “in-house” pattern shop reducing down-time if tooling require repairs or modifications and have the ability to create our own gating systems
