Phillips Patterns & Castings, Inc.

Phillips Patterns was founded in 1947 by Gerald Phillips, Jr. as a wooden pattern manufacturer in a 12' x 12' chicken coop on his father's land.  Gerald's father Dilbert, or 'DG' as he was known, was a long time foundry worker, himself.  Seeing potential in the business, especially in the boom times following World War II, DG decided to come work with his son, Gerald.

Services :

Phillips Patterns & Castings, Inc. is a family owned and operated aluminum foundry.  We produce die cast castings, permanent mold castings, air set castings ,and sand castings.  We can produce these castings in a variety of sizes and alloys.  Our other operations include rapid prototyping (3-D Printing), in-house machining, vibratory finishing, and powder coating.  Outside processes available include heat treating, e-coating, anodizing,polishing, and much more. 

Along with providing top-notch customer service, our main goal at Phillips Patterns is to hold the highest quality standards while still maintaining on-time deliveries, all at a fair market price.
