V. Himark (USA) Inc. is a solely owned subsidiary of V. Himark Technology Company Ltd. Our parent company V. Himark Technology Company Ltd. was established in 1987 to address the need of specialty double-sided pressure sensitive adhesives for manufacturers and service providers in Taiwan. In 1997, we opened our distribution facility in Los Angeles, California to better serve our growing customers in the North America and Latin American countries. Over the past two decades, we have strived to improve on manufacturing and research process; we are an ISO-9001 certified company and many of our products are certified by American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and UL.
