Leonardo da Vinci was a renaissance artist, inventor, scientist and philosopher. He inspired the world with his art and creative thinking. He was a designer of architecture, water canals, bridges and municipalities. He studied the human anatomy created such realism in his art and sculpture that his teachers were in awe of him even as an apprentice. He loved animals and was a lifelong vegetarian. He was commissioned to develop advanced weapons and his innovations included such concepts as tanks, submarines and flying machines. His notebooks were encrypted with his left handed writing style and could only be deciphered with the aid of a mirror.
