Dorado Oil Co

Dorado Oil Company was founded in July 1980, bringing a crude oil gatherer and marketer whose main emphasis is customer service to the independent oil producers of South Texas. Today, Dorado Oil Company has steadily grown in size to service the areas of Texas Railroad Commission Districts #1, 2, 4 and the western parts of district #3, while maintaining customer service as its number one priority.

Founded on “Old Fashioned” values while working hard to obtain and maintain customer relationships, Dorado tries to accommodate its customers by operating 7 days a week, including holidays, with its truck fleet positioned in South Texas and Central Oklahoma.  In 2001, Dorado Transportation, LLC was formed, expanding operations to West Texas, South East New Mexico, and Central Louisiana.  Most recently, ESLABON Terminal was opened in May 2012 at the Port of Corpus Christi, providing storage, barge access, and the opening of alternative markets for barrels coming from the Eagle Ford Shale.
