OPD has gained international capabilities and additional specialized technical resources. We have been the general contractor on some of the largest natural gas and gas liquids processing facilities built in the U.S. in recent years, and are fully prepared to undertake large-scale projects on a global basis.

OPD also provides detailed engineering packages in all diciplines (process, mechanical, civil, structural, instrumentation and electrical).

Our fabrication shop, located right outside our offices, provides pipe spools, ASME coded vessels, skids and skid assembles, and structures, while Our field crews perform all phases of field construction from initial site work to start-up.
