Sherrill Contract Manufacturing is a contract manufacturing company that has been in business since 1956. We specialize in machining and/or fabricating components, fabrications and assemblies primarily from metals and plastics.We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality finished part beginning with bar-stock or a casting and manufacturing it complete including plating, heat treating and painting/coating with a lead time that satisfies our customers’ needs.We are housed in a 60,000 square foot facility near Charlotte, North Carolina with easy access to major highways to ensure prompt delivery throughout the Southeast.Sherrill Contract Manufacturing’s ISO 9001 quality system dates back to 1998.

Typical Customer Relationship

• Fulfill orders on an ongoing basis – generally weekly, monthly or quarterly orders.
• We are a ‘production shop.’ We do prototype work, but generally as part of an existing relationship.
• Machining lot sizes from 5 pieces to 5000 pieces. Most fall into a 25-500 piece range.
• Fabrication lot sizes from 1 piece to 1000 pieces.
