Beartooth Platinum Corp

As of July 17, 2009, Beartooth Platinum Corp. was acquired by Kria Resources, Inc., in a reverse merger transaction. Beartooth Platinum Corporation explores for platinum group metals in the Stillwater igneous complex located in the Stillwater and Sweetgrass counties of Montana. Its principal asset includes a land holding of approximately 14,000 acres in the Stillwater Complex of Montana. The company also holds interests in the platinum/palladium mining camp, known as Bushveld, located in South Africa. Beartooth Platinum Corporation was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
