Andes Coil Processors is a Steel Processor providing Slitting, Cut-to-Length, Warehousing, Handling and Distribution to Steel users in North Texas. Our Mission is to provide superior service, quick turnaround time and on time delivery for end users, Steel Mills, Steel Brokers or Steel Service Centers.   The Andes facility consists of two buildings containing about 109,000 sq ft of space and about 3,000 sq ft of office on 7.6 acres. What sets Andes apart from many of its competitors is its Rail access into the facility with space to stage 6 railcars on site. Material can be shipped directly from Steel Mills to Andes which is an advanage to our customers.   Our experienced staff consists of an owner with 15 years experience as a CFO of a regional Steel Service Center; a Plant/Production manager with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of steel production, handling and distribution; a newly hired inside salesperson with 11 years experience in selling processing services; and an office support staff with a combined 10 years of experience. Our machine operators average over 15 years of experience each and our driver’s average over 10 years experience each.   Andes processes about 90% Carbon product; Hot Rolled, Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled, Cold Rolled and coated product such as Galvanized and Galvanneal.
