Stanley Machining is located in the Northwest region of Illinois.   Our main facility is approximately 25 miles from Chicago O'Hare Airport and conveniently located off of Interstate 90. At 125,000 sq feet, Carpentersville boasts a 20,000 sq ft temperature controlled Quality Control room housing one of our 2 Delta Slant CMM's.Our Hampshire facility is manufacturing/shipping and receiving only. It is located 15 miles northwest of Carpentersville, also conveniently close to Interstate 90. It houses our 2nd Delta Slant CMM in a temperature controlled Quality Control room as well as our custom paint room and welding rooms. Hampshire is equipped with an exceptional crane system capable of moving material up to 50 tons. ​
