The first privately incorporated Roll Former in South Dakota was founded by Leonard Decker & Sons, Dakota Steel and Trim, Inc. in 2004The family started manufacturing various products in 1992 and by 1993 were working in a five state area.Dakota Steel and Trim, Inc. continues to grow and and currently has 116,000 square feet of manufacturing and materials storage area.

The property for a second manufacturing plant was recently purchased in Ogilvie, MNCasey Kullmann, Vice President, COO brings over a decade of experience from a national roll forming company. Mike Kline, Vice President, Sales & Marketing also brings several decades of experience from a national roll forming company. The Sales and Customer Service Team is experienced and well known in region.Dakota Steel and Trim currently provides material through a growing Dealer Network.
