The Steel Yard, Inc

Butch Cooper is the owner/operator of the Steel Yard, Inc. He joined the operation and took the lead role in the business in 1996. His dad, Ernest Cooper Sr. operated the business from 1986 -1996. The Steel Yard has grown under the leadership of Butch from a couple of employees when it first opened to around thirty. The Steel Yard has added a larger warehouse, burn center, as well as some new machinery to serve our customers. In the beginning the Steel Yard had a ton truck with a gooseneck trailer, today we have five eighteen wheelers and two bob trucks.
