Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, with a shared services office in Spartanburg, SC, Synalloy has been in business since 1945 and employs over 500 people with operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

Synalloy trades on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol SYNL. Synalloy is structured as a holding company, currently comprised of two major groups: Metals and Chemicals.
