At the heart of our capabilities is our ability to cold draw and cold roll a variety of metals into any number of precision, geometric shapes with remarkably tight tolerances. Cold drawing forms metal wire from a pre-rolled or pre-drawn condition into a secondary or final shape by pulling it through precision draw dies. Cold rolling forms aluminum, steel, and other metals by compressing it between specially shaped rolls. Starting with one of these processes, we can produce cost-effective precision parts that can be further processed with heat treating, annealing, and a variety of finishing operations with virtually no waste and a close-to-zero rejection rate.
