PPG Coil & Extrusion Coatings PPG manufactures a complete line of metal coatings for commercial, architectural, industrial, agricultural and residential markets. Products include fluoropolymers, polyesters, silicone-polyesters, acrylics, waterborne-acrylics and IR-reflective coatings. Well-known PPG brands are premium Duranar®, Duranar ADS, Duranar GR (graffiti-resistant), Coraflon® GR, Duranar ULTRA-Cool® and Duranar VARI-Cool® coatings. PPG also offers value-oriented Duraform® coatings and new Durastar® ULTRA-Cool coatings, which combine advanced SMP technology recently developed by PPG with infrared-reflective pigments to make buildings more energy-efficient and extend the service life of metal building components.
