PTR Welding and Fabrication offers an extensive range of metal fabrication services in the Denver metro area. With over 30 years of experience as a custom metal fabricator, our design and engineering expertise means every job is done right – from simple fabrication projects to the most complex runs.
WELDING - ONSITE OR OFFSITE
At PTR Welding and Fabrication we think of welding as an art form. You can’t just pick up a torch, pull the trigger, and expect a quality weld. You need the experience and practice that only comes from years of being under the hood that PTR Welding and Fabrication can provide.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING
From intricate detail to high speed production, our plasma cutting equipment can handle large sheets and thick materials up to 3/4”. This technology allows us to custom shape many of the parts needed for your project while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
With the use of the latest CAD/CAM software there isn’t much of anything we can’t reproduce in a sheet of steel or anything else that conducts an electrical current.
FABRICATION
If you can envision it, PTR Welding and Fabrication can make it a reality. Trusted for our experience and custom metal fabrication services, PTR is a full-service metal fabricator, our capabilities include light and heavy-duty materials including stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, and sheet metal as well as customized finishing and assembly.
DESIGN SERVICES
Details make the difference and we “sweat the small stuff”, from start to finish. We absolutely prefer to think ahead and work out all the details of a design in advance. In our experience, “undefined” or “incomplete” designs lead to change requests, cost overruns, and delays at install time. We have no trouble coming in to “clean up” these situations but we prefer to prevent them, creating a more efficient and on schedule project.
