Pam opened her own store in 1989 after working with Yakima's finest AGS jewelers for over 10 years. Pam learned that quality means fine crafted jewelry you can pass down for generations. Now her daughter, Heidi, has completed the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Diamond Course and continues her studies to achieve the ultimate title of Certified Gemologist Appraiser.

In addition, her youngest son Jake has joined the family business and has begun his diamond studies with the GIA. Together this family business has built a successful practice of quality jewelry for generations!

As a registered jeweler and certified gemologist, Pam has been a member of the American Gem Society for over 20 years. That means annual testing, continued education and oversite by the American Gem Society, to guarantee the highest quality and ultimate consumer protection! As a certified AGS appraiser, you can count on Pam to always give you reliable values on your fine jewelry.
