Renewable Energy Systems has had Master Distributorships in place for the products used in system designs for over 10 years.Renewable Energy Systems was created in 2006, when Polar Wire Products of Anchorage split off its alternative energy offerings to form a new company focused on the needs of its renewable energy customers. In 2007, Renewable Energy Systems opened its own store with working demonstrations, classroom, large warehouse, and shop facilities in Anchorage.Owned and operated in Alaska since 1992, Polar Wire established itself worldwide as the premier manufacturer and distributor of Arctic grade wire, electrical components, and wire management products that have been proven to work in the harsh weather environments like Alaska. Renewable Energy Systems uses these materials in its BOS (Balance of System) materials.Renewable Energy Systems expanded to Fairbanks in 2014, partnering with Arctic Home Living to more directly serve its Northern Alaska customers.
