NAL Resources Management Limited (the “Manager”) was established in 1990 and provides management services to NAL Resources Limited (“NAL Resources”), a private oil and gas company.

NAL remains focused on its strategy of growing through the drill bit, and through corporate and property acquisitions, while also managing oil and gas assets on behalf of investors. With more than 300 dedicated team members working in Western Canada, NAL Resources brings expertise in all areas of finding, development and the management of oil and gas assets. NAL Resources and the Manager are both indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Manulife Financial Corporation .

Our core areas of operation are located in southeastern and southwestern Saskatchewan, and central and northwestern Alberta. NAL operates three gas plants. The Sylvan Lake and Sturgeon Lake gas plants are in Alberta and the Nottingham Gas Plant is located in Saskatchewan.
Our 2015 production outlook projects a 66% weighting in crude oil/natural gas liquids and 34% weighting in natural gas. Our Alberta operations produce a mixture of liquid-rich natural gas and light, primarily sweet oil from multiple geological formations. In Saskatchewan, we produce light and sweet crude oil from the Viking and various Mississippian aged formations.
