Providence has actively acquired oil and gas properties, currently owning and/or managing over two million net mineral acres in 37 states with royalty or working interests in over ten thousand wells.The company’s mineral rights are managed by the subsidiaries Providence Minerals, LLC, PEC Minerals LP, Somerset Minerals LLC, and Pennsylvania Mineral Group, LLC, each of which is readily pursuing partnership or leasing opportunities with exploration and production companies.In January 2015, Providence formed Providence Energy Operators, LLC, an exploration and production company focused on direct investments in the upstream oil and gas industry. Our strategy is to target, acquire and develop onshore operated and non-operated properties across the United States.
