Select-Tron is ISO 9001-2008 Certified.Our facility includes a laboratory for in-house process control, a machine shop to design and build specialized fixtures and X-Ray Fluorescence to ensure the plating thickness is accurately measured. All these steps are taken so our customer’s product is processed to meet all specifications at competitive prices, superb quality, as well as, providing minimum turn-around times.During our quoting process, it is determined if one of our standard set-ups will process your order or if the product requires a customized procedure. Select-Tron ensures that both processes will provide an optimum quality, taking your budget into consideration. Other applications include high temp plating applications, conductive plating services and anti-tarnish plating processes, etc.Our capabilities include a large capacity barrel line, a small capacity barrel line used for delicate parts, rack plating for either overall plating or selective plating. We challenge ourselves with taking on some of the most difficult selective plating jobs. Our machine shop specializes in building equipment and fixtures for your most intricate components. Our processes include, but are not limited to the electronic, hermetic seal, automotive and aerospace industries, as well as military specifications, specific customer specifications and commercial specifications. We also have a large clientele in the fastener, hardware and spring industry.
