Industries served are oil and gas, metalworking, gauging, instrumentation, utility, and aerospace industries.Rejent Tool, we provide tool cutting and grinding services, for the reconditioning of critical tools. We have the modern capabilities to accurately and cost-effectively recondition end mills, drills, reamers, intricate custom tools, high speed rotary cutting tools, custom ring groove RTJ end mills. Our manufacturing process included cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, and regrinding utilizing state-of-the-art 50-axis equipment with CNC control capabilities. Our methods and machinery are effective on a range of materials including cobalt, HSS, tungsten, carbide, ceramic, tool steel, and cobalt HSS. Available tool finishes include tin, chromium, chrome alloy, and others.
