Plastic Advanced Recycling Corporation (P.A.R.C) is an Illinois corporation formed in June, 1996 as a research and development company specializing in pyrolysis technology that converts waste plastics to fuel oil. Through years of technology improvement and perfection, PARC’s first generation original batch system has been developed to its fourth generation a continuous and automatically controlled system.

With our globally recognized patents for our unique process and equipment,  our proprietary recycling facility can process plastics, scrap tires, and oil sludge into fuel oil which can be used as heating oil, fuel for industrial boilers, or can be refined to gasoline and diesel fuels.
