Founded in 1946, Seilkop Industries consists of four operating divisions that provide fully integrated design, prototyping, production and finishing solutions for: Die Making, Aluminum Sand Casting, CNC Pattern Making, Blanchard Grinding, Burnouts, Roll Repair Services.ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified metal finishing services. Grinding, vibratory finishing, plating, 5-axis CNC finishing and tumble and spinning shot blasting services are available. Aluminum and aluminum silicon green sand castings can be finished.

Specializing in providing raw or finished green sand castings including highly cored leak tight castings, rapid prototypes, high speed horizontally parted moldings and automated production castings. Casting capabilities include all part sizes from miniature to heavy castings up to 22 inches by 18 inches. Sand silo can handle up to 220 ton capacity, and the stack melting furnace able to handle up to 3000 pounds per hour. Furnaces equipped with PLC controls and temperature data collection for monitoring of furnace conditions. Additional services include de-coring, CNC sawing, grinding, vibratory finishing, heat treating, machining and plating.
