Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and exploration of oil and natural gas properties onshore in the United States. Our operations are focused into three core geographic areas:

• South Texas, targeting the Eagle Ford Shale formation
• East Texas, targeting the Cotton Valley Sand and Haynesville Shale formations; and
• North Texas, targeting the Granite Wash formation.

Sabine is an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, production, exploration and development of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the United States. Sabine’s current operations are principally located in the Cotton Valley Sand and Haynesville Shale in East Texas, the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas, the Granite Wash in the Texas Panhandle and the North Louisiana Haynesville.
