Management

Calvin G. Lee CEO

After spending 2.5 years as an accountant with Grant Thornton, Mr. Lee joined Cooper Drum in 1981 as Controller. In 1991, Mr. Lee began working for Mr. Cruz and Mr. Freeman at CSC. For the next seven years he served in a variety of roles including Director of Operations, General Manager and Operations Manager and as such had responsibility for production, production loading, transportation, physical facilities and raw material acquisition.

After PalEx's acquisition of CSC in 1998, Mr. Lee served as Western Regional Manager. After IFCO's acquisiton of PalEx in 2000, Mr. Lee served as COO of IFCO's Industrial Container Systems Division.

Mr. Lee attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting in 1979. Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Kurt Richardson Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Richardson came to ICS in 2012 via the acquisition of American Container Net (ACN) from Mauser Corp., where he served as General Manager. Mr. Richardson began his career in the container industry in 1991 and brings a balanced perspective to the company, having worked extensively in both the manufacturing and reconditioning sides of the business. Starting out as a sales representative for Container Products in the Midwest, he worked in sales and sales management for Acme Barrel Company/Palex, and as Vice-President of Sales for CP Louisiana, Inc., before moving on to the Mauser Group in 2008. Mr. Richardson served Mauser as Director of Sales, Metal Division and Director, Business & Market Development before becoming General Manager of ACN. He was also on the company’s Global Leadership Team. br>
Mr. Richardson graduated from Indiana University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and is a member of the Reusable Industrial Packaging Association.

Gerald P Butler Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Butler graduated in 1979 from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in accounting. During his high school and college years, Mr. Butler worked in the family business, B&F Cooperage, a Philadelphia area container reconditioning firm. Following graduation, Mr. Butler joined B&F Cooperage full time and has since worked in the drum reconditioning industry in a number of roles including Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, and Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for both new drum manufacturing and drum reconditioning operations, including all areas of production, transportation and maintenance. With the formation of PalEx Container Systems in 1998, Mr. Butler was named Eastern Regional Manager and has continued to have responsibility for the Company's entire Eastern Region until his promotion to COO.

Mr. Butler is active in the Reusable Industrial Packaging Association (RIPA), and currently is a member of its Board of Director.

Kevin Breheny Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Breheny has 23 years of experience including financial leader roles such as CFO, Vice President of Finance, Controller, and Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. His most recent experience has been in financial leader roles for NuCO2, Inc., national provider of fountain and draught beer beverage carbonation solutions, and Crane Co., diversified industrial manufacturer of highly engineered products. Furthermore, he has held management roles with “Big 4” accounting firms specializing in Corporate Recovery and Forensic Accounting.

Mr. Breheny attended Pace University and has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.


Charles Veniez President

Mr. Veniez Joins Industrial Container Services as a seasoned professional He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Norment Security Group, Inc. He brings with him that experience, as well as his past positions as President, Regional Vice President and General Manager of various United Technologies Corporation subsidiaries. His experience ranges from construction services, electronic securities, and now container reconditioning.

Charles was born in Montreal, Canada and received his MBA from Queens University in Ontario, Canada.

He will be based at ICS’s offices in Maitland, Florida.

FACILITY MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL

Large national manufacturing company is seeking a Facility Manager for their facility located in Roseville CA. Eligible candidate must have, at minimum, five years proven experience within an industrial facility and a Bachelor’s degree. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. This position is responsible for hands-on monitoring and supervision of no less than 25 employees. The Facility Manager serves as the facility’s leader of the leadership team and reports directly to the company’s Vice-President of Operations.

Candidate for this position must be a quick learner with strong people skills. Mechanical aptitude is required along with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word.). He or she must have prior experience managing logistics, purchasing, customer service and production teams. Additionally, the candidate must have experience managing operations through metrics and financial statements. Experience in Lean implementation is a plus.

Starting salary is dependent on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
