FluoroSeal Inc. is a privately owned company with headquarters located in Montréal, QC, Canada and specializing in manufacturing and servicing of a full range of Sleeved and Lined industrial Plug Valves. Under current ownership since 2000 and experiencing a steady growth since, our staff is now composed of over 200 employees worldwide.

Our team of highly skilled designers and engineers utilizes state-of-the-art design software to develop and customize existing and new product lines. The Quality Assurance and Quality Management staff ensure quality levels are maintained both in our own plants as well as those of our suppliers (foundries, etc). Finally, our Customer Service group, jointly with our numerous representatives and distributors assists clients in meeting their needs for FluoroSeal® Plug Valves in standard and specific applications.

FluoroSeal Inc. is ISO 9001:2008 and PED 97/23/EC certified and conforms to a variety of international manufacturing standards.

FluoroSeal® Plug Valves are also approved by international corporations such as Bayer, DUPONT, Exxon/Mobil, Monsanto, Oxy Chemicals, and UOP among many others.

DESIGN FEATURES

FluoroSeal® Non-Lubricated Sleeved and Lined Plug Valves incorporate state-of-the-art PTFE fluorocarbon seat design. With little required maintenance and trouble-free operation, a high integrity bubble-tight seal is provided both in-line and to atmosphere.

The specific design features contributing to the superiority of this product are described as a function of their individual purpose and engineering design features taken to ensure maximum service life.
