Quality Scales Unlimited is a family business owned and managed by Rory Ward, an entrepreneur with a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of California at Davis.Rory purchased Scales Unlimited in 2008 and Quality Scale in 2010. Quality Scales Unlimited became a blend of these two established successful scale businesses. Ward acts as the company’s general manager and chief financial officer and is always seeking ways to improve the operations of Quality Scales Unlimited.The merge of Scales Unlimited with Quality Scale gives Quality Scales Unlimited over 250 years of combined scale sales and service expertise.  At Quality Scales Unlimited our greatest asset has always been people.  Our staff offers an unparalleled breadth of technical experience and product knowledge to help evaluate your weighing problems.  We take pride in our work want to provide the best service experience for our customers.  We have a dedicated staff with longevity.  Many of our service technicians have at least five years of scale experience and some fifteen plus years.Located in Byron California and Reno Nevada, we have been meeting the weighing needs of over 2,000 customers in a wide variety of industries since 1981. Our highly trained sales team and service technicians aim to be the single source for our customers’ weighing needs.Quality Scales Unlimited is a family owned business promoting traditional values, integrity and ethical business practices.Utilizing eighteen licensed field service technicians with over 250 years of combined experience, Quality Scales Unlimited is the largest industrial scale company in Northern California and Nevada.  We work on electronic and mechanical weighing equipment from all manufacturers, installed in a wide variety of applications. Our nine heavy capacity test trucks and twenty utility trucks are fully equipped and stocked with parts necessary for most repair calls. Our 5,000 square foot shop and five acre yard provides ample space for stocking a large inventory of scales and repair parts.  We pride ourselves on prompt field service response time with on-call dispatch available 24/7.  Dependable, quality service at competitive prices with customer satisfaction is our goal.
