Coanda effect screens utilize tilted wedge wire (profile wire).

The choice of screen type is determined by the type, frequency and size of debris present in flood conditions.

• If the debris washing over the intake is primarily organic, our standard screens will provide excellent service. 
• If the debris is sand, gravel or boulders and the frequency of floods is less than one week a year, standard screens will provide excellent service
• If the debris is more prevalent our extended wear screens will provide excellent service
