The Waupaca County Environmental Resource Management Department consists of Land & Water, Solid Waste & Recycling, and Parks & Recreation. This page prov.Waupaca County and its member municipalities operate a source-separated recycling program.  All materials must be separated according to type prior to  delivery to a Drop-Off Center or the Processing & Transfer Facility.  Keeping materials separated at the source (at the resident's home or business) saves tax dollars and increases the quality of the materials for the market.
