Regulatory Software Services (RSS), Inc., with headquarters in Springfield, Missouri has provided software to the utility industry for over 20 years. RSS develops and markets products and services that solve the needs of our clients in the areas of PCB record-keeping, waste tracking and EPA regulatory compliance.

RSS, in conjunction with Mark Pennell of Regulatory Compliance Services, has recently released 'PCBManager.com', an advanced software package for PCB and electrical equipment inventories. 'PCBManager.com' was designed by regulatory experts who have spent many years working with utilities throughout the United States, and was based upon a proven PCB record-keeping system that is currently being used by over 200 utilities. PCBManager.com is the fourth generation of software systems design by Regulatory Software Services, Inc.

As the EPA's PCB regulations grow more complex and stringent, it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with all of the documentation and reporting obligations. Our goal at Regulatory Software Services is to offer products and services that enable our customers to operate their businesses more efficiently while reducing liabilities and maintaining regulatory compliance.
