Gas Field Services (GFS) is a privately owned Central Queensland based contracting company that specialises in drilling and well servicing.In an effort to simplify gas production for our clients, Gas Field Services strives to reduce the number of contractors required to bring gas wells on line by providing or supporting full turn-key operations.Established in 2007 to help service the growing CSG and mining industry Gas Field Services have grown to become a company of 50 + employees, supporting 7 drilling rigs and 5 workover rigs.In 2011 Gas Field Services took up an offer to help support the gas drainage needs in the Hunter Valley, NSW with the placement of a crew and infrastructure at Singleton.Gas Field Services is currently involved in several gas and mining projects including Vale, Carrabella, Arrow Energy, AGL, Westside, Blue Energy, Xstrata, Peabody, Anglo Coal, and Mollopo.Gas Field Services currently has 7 multipurpose drilling rigs and 5 well servicing rigs working across various mine sites and gas fields in Central Queensland and NSW.Gas Field Services is a Central Queensland based workover/completions and drilling contractor supporting the gas and coal industry in the Bowen Basin & NSW. Established in 2007 to help service the growing CSG and mining industry, we have grown to become a company of 50 + employees supporting 7 drilling rigs and 5 workover rigs.In 2011 Gas Field Services took up an offer to help support the gas drainage needs in the Hunter Valley, NSW with the placement of a crew and infrastructure in the heart of the Coal Industry at Singleton NSW.As part of the 2011 achievements Gas Field Services was ranked 174 of Queensland’s top 400 privately owned companies and in 2014 is currently achieving its 5 years LTI free.As we are a Central Queensland based employer we have a strong understanding of the local community.
