Tasman Oil Tools (a Northbridge Industrial Services plc company) provides rental of tools and drilling equipment to the oil and gas industry and conducts servicing of some client-owned equipment. Tasman was founded in 1980 and its head office is in Perth, Western Australia. In addition, Tasman has operations in three further locations across Australia being Darwin (Northern Territory), Roma (Queensland) and a sales office in Brisbane (Queensland). In 2013, Tasman Oil Tools has also signed an agency agreement with leading industry machine shop Sharpe Engineering to support the company's eastern clients by providing local inventory and machining services. Sharpe has facilities in Brisbane and Roma, Queensland.From these locations, Tasman services approximately 250 customers, assisting them with their onshore and offshore drilling activities.
