DESCRIPTION

M & M was started in 1978 to assist a local mining company in starting a limestone operation.

Since then M&M has provided the local mining industry with the ability to obtain industrial mining permits for Sand and Gravel, Limestone, Clay and incidental coal
permits. To date M&M has obtained and serviced over 35 Mining permits.

Also with the mining permits, there are Air Permits, Water (NPDES) permits that may have to be obtained when necessary. M&M is connected to OEPA for electronic reporting of NPDES reports.

M & M also has MSHA Safety expertise.

M&M offers the ability to pre-inspect, monitor your mining operation and bring it up to MSHA standards. Why wait for MSHA to tell you where you are deficient in safety and hand you a slip of paper with violations to correct. Be ready for the inspection and know you
have prepared for MSHA and reduce your exposure.

M&M can also do your MSHA Training, all phases, NEIM, NEEM, Annual training, and even task training.

Along with the training M&M can develop your filing and paperwork system to track your mine’s training.
